Tribute by U2 album "Rattle and Hum" by rock band “Renacimiento”

Tomorrow will take place at the Teatro Maria Rodriguez in Cumana, Venezuela, a concert by the rock band “Renacimiento”. The concert is organized by the band with Extensión Cultura y de la Universidad de Oriente. Eduardo Urosa, witin Perez, Luis Emilio Velasquez, Gustavo Contreras, members of the "Renaissance" played songs like, Desire, Helter Skelter, Van Diemen's Land, All Along the Watchtower, among others. Congratulations "Who's gonna rild your wild horses"

Today, one of the most beautiful U2 songs celebrates 19 years. "Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses" is the fifth track on the album Achtung Baby, newly reissued for its 20th anniversary. It was also the fifth single from the album to be released on November 10, 1992. It was produced by Ned O'Hanlon and directed by Phil Joanou.  Today, like every 09 days, one more full month since I attended the concerts of U2 360 º here in Brazil, Morumbi Stadium. There are 7 months that have passed since that was one of my biggest thrills in life. I was only on the first night, but on Inner! In older posts here on this blog, I made my way the story of how was the days before this magnificent night and, of course, the night itself. I will present here, again, my account of this unique experience.

The old and eternal duel: Acthung Baby x The Joshua Tree

There is no doubt that U2 has the best albums of music, after all, it's no wonder they are the best band in the world. But everyone has their favorite. I've seen almost all albums are placed on top of preferences, even October, which in my simple opinion is, say, the "weaker" of the band. And all tastes should be respected because each album brings a different meaning for each fan.

But, most of the reviews, always two albums stand out as the favorite: Acthung baby (newly reissued) and The Joshua Tree. Two masterpieces of the band who are considered two of the best albums of music by many critics. And over the years they have been discussed which would be best. Let's start respecting the chronology.

With the climate birthday Achtung Baby let's recall how the first night of one of the biggest tours of U2 and the music itself. It was in the city of Lakeland, Florida on February 29, 1992. Had begun a tour that would go plowing the band's history by being bold. Cars with custom paintings hung on the band, several televisions around the stage in different sizes. A huge stage. Structure completely different from any stage of the common era. Lights are accessing, as well as big screens and small screens. Videos are shown for a few minutes and suddenly Bono enters the scene as if out of television. A guitar riff, never heard before in the music of U2, and gradually it starts adding up. Larry comes to give rhythm, Bono has entered the stage wearing a dress, so far, exotic.
